The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to Union Square and Fisherman's Wharf. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and pleasant atmosphere.

We recently stayed at the Sw Hotel for a weekend getaway. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Chinatown and North Beach. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location near Chinatown and Little Italy. We had a great stay at Sw, although there was some noise from outside and the room was basic for the price. However, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the front desk staff were helpful. we would recommend this hotel.

Right in the heart of Chinatown, extremely close to many attractions. However, you might come across some cabaret clubs that could potentially ruin your experience. The rooms aren't very clean, and the service is not satisfactory. Regardless of the expensive price, the breakfast that is complimentary has little to offer.

This hotel is set in the heart of Chinatown, just at the border of North Beach and on the corner of Chinatown & Little Italy. The rooms are small but very clean & updated, with like 7 windows that give a lot of light in. The staff is very accommodating and the included breakfast was great, with a waffle machine added.

Conveniently located between Chinatown and the Italian Quarter, this hotel features big, clean rooms with nice bathrooms. The breakfast area is great and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A quiet and safe area with many nice restaurants and bars around. I highly recommend it!

Felt like royalty, no reason to complain.

I had an amazing Christmas at the hotel. Loved the festive decorations, cheerful ambiance and complimentary hot cocoa and cookies. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops. Plus, it was easy to reach all the major attractions on foot or by public transport. The staff was also friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
