The apartment at Waterwalk was perfect for our family with its in-room kitchen and laundry facilities. It made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable. Plus, the location was excellent, right across the street from the baseball stadium and within walking distance of several restaurants. The apartment was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, just like the pictures. The staff was super helpful and made our experience even better. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a very comfortable and conveniently-located lodging.

My family and I stayed at Waterwalk Downtown in Wichita for a few days and it was perfect for us. The hotel had a quiet and safe atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly pleasant and accommodating. They were understanding of my disability needs and made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel even gave me a credit for one night of my stay to make up for any issues I had. The location was great, as it was central to everything we wanted to do in the city. There were also some nice restaurants nearby, which was convenient.

Great location near the Riverwalk and easy check-in. the beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was great. the property looked beautiful from the outside.

There were some downsides to my stay. the cable boxes didn't work, which was disappointing when I wanted to relax and watch TV.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure to consider my needs as a night, shift worker. the apartment itself was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including my own washer and dryer. the location was also convenient, with the river walk just steps away and plenty of activities and events happening in the area. Above all, I felt safe staying here with the presence of employees and security cameras.

My family and I recently stayed at Waterwalk Wichita Downtown for a week-long visit. The spacious apartment with a separate bedroom and full kitchen, complete with washer and dryer, was perfect for our needs. Not only was the apartment clean, but it was also tastefully decorated. One of the highlights of the location was its proximity to the baseball stadium and several restaurants, all within an easy walk. Additionally, the secure parking lot provided ample space for our vehicle. Special mention goes to Duane at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful in accommodating our request for a suite so we could stay close to our family. The convenience, comfort, and outstanding service made our extended family stay truly enjoyable.

Best thing about this place were that the rooms were spacious and well, maintained. Also, the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do.

The check, in process was a disaster. the staff was unorganized and didn't even have our room ready when we arrived.

Convenient for groups, 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Home-like with full kitchen, TV in every room, washer, dryer. Well-maintained property, good location for exploring. Nice staff, easily adjustable lighting, and equipped kitchen for cooking.
