Great location near the Riverwalk and easy check-in. the beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was great. the property looked beautiful from the outside.

There were some downsides to my stay. the cable boxes didn't work, which was disappointing when I wanted to relax and watch TV.

Above all, I felt safe staying here with the presence of employees and security cameras.

My family and I recently stayed at Waterwalk Wichita Downtown for a week-long visit. The spacious apartment with a separate bedroom and full kitchen, complete with washer and dryer, was perfect for our needs. Not only was the apartment clean, but it was also tastefully decorated. One of the highlights of the location was its proximity to the baseball stadium and several restaurants, all within an easy walk. Additionally, the secure parking lot provided ample space for our vehicle. Special mention goes to Duane at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful in accommodating our request for a suite so we could stay close to our family. The convenience, comfort, and outstanding service made our extended family stay truly enjoyable.

Best thing about this place were that the rooms were spacious and well, maintained. Also, the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do.
