We had a fantastic Xmas vacation at this rainforest resort! the location was incredible - surrounded by lush greenery and wildlife. We loved the activities offered, especially the Monkey Island boat tour where we got to handfeed monkeys. It was such a unique experience! the resort itself was clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and a beautiful balcony with a hammock. the staff at the bar were quick and friendly, and we enjoyed the delicious food at the buffet.

There were a few things that could be improved at the resort. the hotel could benefit from some updates as it felt a bit outdated.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in a nature reserve. The amenities provided, such as the mini-bar and in-room safe, added to the comfort and convenience of the stay. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi in rooms, allowing me to stay connected during my trip. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation, and the spa and wellness center provided a rejuvenating experience. the quality and level of service at this hotel were exceptional.

I was amazed by the beautiful metal hanging birds in the staircase leaving the grand and open air lobby. The buffet-style restaurant had excellent service and a large assortment of delicious food. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and even had hammocks on the balconies. The complimentary night tour of the grounds in an open canopy jeep was a unique experience, where we spotted sloths and other animals. The resort also had plenty of walking trails and a helpful tour desk. I would highly recommend this resort. Despite some minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, my stay at the Rainforest Reserve was truly awe-inspiring.

the staff was helpful and pleasant, particularly Mayerleen who went above and beyond to assist me with a banking issue. the location of the resort is outstanding, with breathtaking views of Gatum lake, the Chagres River, and the surrounding jungle and mountains. the accommodations were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the luxury of having a patio where I could savor the beautiful vista. the Sunday buffet was also a highlight, consistently excellent for the past seven years I have been coming here. a fantastic stay!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view of the Chagres River from the hotel was absolutely spectacular. The location in the rainforest was perfect for enjoying nature. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Juan from the reception. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options.

Located in a beautiful rainforest setting with amazing views. Plenty of outdoor activities available and friendly staff. Spacious and clean river view rooms with a great pool. Many opportunities for hiking and wildlife watching in the surrounding Soberania national park.

We really got value for our money at the Rainforest Reserve! The rooms were comfortable and the included tours were a hit with the kids. The location was simply breathtaking, surrounded by nature. The staff were helpful and always had a smile for us.

The breakfast option could have been better, with more variety and tastier options. But overall, our stay at the Rainforest Reserve was fantastic!

Amazing location for rainforest experience, close to trails. The pool is beautiful and refreshing. We had an issue with our room, but staff promptly addressed it to our satisfaction. The restaurant has good food and views. Overall I recommend this hotel for nature lovers.
