The bed was comfortable, pillows soft, and the blankets warm and cozy. I loved the 24-hour gym and the large pool, which was great for families. The on-site ATM machines, restaurants, and coffee shops were all convenient. a wonderful stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right across IT Park where you can find a variety of businesses, offices, and restaurants. It was very convenient for me to have business meetings there. Additionally, the hotel had a great pool area with a proper male change and shower room. The staff at the pool bar were attentive and remembered my preferences, always ensuring I had a drink in hand.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The towels at the pool were not readily available and I had to wait until I was leaving to get one.

As young holiday goers, we loved the friendly and accommodating staff, delicious food, relaxing lobby, and beautiful swimming pool. The comfortable and clean rooms, hot showers, and excellent gym were also highlights. The breakfast options were amazing, especially considering the price.

We felt so welcome during our stay that we had no reason to complain.

There were several disappointing aspects of our stay. the hotel fixtures and overall appearance were in need of an upgrade, with cracked tiles and dated facilities.
