The front desk staff, including Enock, Manager Carolina, Johan, and Johanna, provided exceptional service and valuable local tips. The functional rooms were reasonably priced, and a refrigerator was arranged for us upon request. The hotel also offered a gym, good WiFi, and a safe for our convenience.

Limited breakfast choices and inconsistent service were the only downfalls during our stay.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn for 5 days during my visit to Panama. The staff at the reception were excellent, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was of high quality with a variety of options. I particularly appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and the availability of secure parking. The lobby area was inviting and the pool, though small, was a bonus.
