During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the stunning view from my room. It was simply breathtaking. The amenities provided in the room were also top-notch, creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel's location was perfect - conveniently located near key attractions and close to public transportation, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met.

The menu options at the hotel's restaurant were a bit limited. It would have been great to have more variety and choices to select from.

I had an amazing stay at Novotel! Great value for money with a spacious and comfortable room, plus a stunning view of Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, supermarkets, and restaurants. The staff, especially Deepika, Jenel, Natia, and Moosa. Can't wait to come back in April!

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Al Barsha. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the Mashreq Metro stop and only one stop away from the Mall of the Emirates. the hotel even provided free courtesy buses to the JBR beach and outlet malls. the room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and complimentary coffee and water. the breakfast buffet was impressive, catering to all dietary preferences. But what really stood out was the exceptional staff at 365. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Novotel is lucky to have such a great team.

I recently stayed at Novotel Al Barsha for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the metro station and the Mall of Emirates for shopping. The friendly receptionist, Shreeyutki, allowed me to check in early without any wait. The security staff, Dieudonné, was always helpful and present. The housekeeping, led by Koushoum, ensured my room was clean and tidy within minutes. The breakfast at Restaurant 365, served by Suresh, Harriette, and Susuwin, was delightful. The wifi was powerful and the check-out process was quick. The exceptional management led by Dinara Rafikova made my stay so enjoyable that I extended it twice. Novotel Al Barsha will always be my go-to hotel in Dubai.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The hotel had spacious rooms with ensuite bathrooms, which was perfect for my family. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby services. Additionally, the staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay.

Housekeeping was not up to standard, as the apartment was not properly cleaned and I had to complain multiple times. The towels provided were old and should have been replaced.

I spent Christmas at a hotel near great restaurants and shops, with easy access to public transportation. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had a well-equipped gym. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the fact that the hotel had a dinner buffet with different themes every night.

The check-in and payment processes were extremely frustrating. The hotel required me to pay well in advance, and did not accept my preferred payment method. The receptionist was not helpful in finding a solution, and I ended up losing money that I had planned to use for vacation expenses. while the hotel had some good aspects, the payment and check-in experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Amazing views from the 32nd floor. Great location for JBR, Emirates Mall, Dubai Mall, and Burj Khalifa. Spacious 2-bedroom apartment with excellent room service and cleaning.
