The lack of English-speaking staff made communication difficult during meal reservations, and we encountered long waits at restaurants. The beach setting was beautiful, but some facilities felt outdated and under-maintained.

the check-in took an eternity, and it was confusing to navigate through three lobbies. I am absolutely appalled that my room didn’t even have complimentary bottled water, how do they expect anyone to survive like that? I woudl ve liked a fabulous welcome gift , but alas, I just couldn't get it. What a letdown.

We enjoyed the spacious and clean grounds that provided the perfect settings for relaxing and exploring. The beautiful beach was ideal for morning walks while the multiple pools offered plenty of space for both fun and relaxation.

Loved the clean grounds and them folks at the bar were real friendly, makin’ a helluva drink. Dinner reservations was a bit of a hassle, though, and that beach got a strong current that kept us from swimmin’ much. You just can’t be forgettin’ your sunscreen down there, or you’ll be sad like I was!

I had an amazing time enjoying exclusive pools and bars, where the vibe was so peaceful! The vegan options at the a la carte restaurants were surprisingly delightful, though the dining experience was still lacking in variety overall. I'd definitely consider returning!

The drink service at the pool bars was inconsistent, with long waits affecting overall enjoyment. While the Belgian waffles at breakfast were a delightful highlight, the overall dining quality could use improvements.

The lush vegetation surrounding the property was breathtaking! ! I loved watching the variety of exotic birds, and even caught sight of peacocks strutting around the grounds. The outside dining experience was so nice in the evenings, eating under the stars added a special touch to our meals.
