My husband and I had an amazing stay at the Intercontinental in Cartagena. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a huge suite and complimentary robes and slippers. The staff was friendly and attentive, keeping our room clean with fresh towels and linen every day. The beach was directly across the street, and if we preferred a pool, the hotel had a great one with a stunning view. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the shopping mall and tour company located adjacent to the hotel, which made it easy to book excursions. our experience was absolutely amazing and we will definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

The room service exceeded expectations, and everything worked perfectly. The hotel itself is beautiful and offers great value for a 5-star property. The coffee break, happy hour, and breakfast options were all enjoyable, and the pool was a nice addition. we loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing 5-star service. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a fantastic view of the Caribbean Sea. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool with a view, were top-notch. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach, and there was a 24-hour convenience store within a 5-minute walk. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and shopping mall. The hotel's fast internet wifi access and good security added to our positive experience.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the hotel's prime location in Bocagrande. The staff were friendly and accommodating, meeting all my expectations and requests. The breakfast was delicious, and the lunch, dinner, and cocktails were of 5-star quality. The room was clean, quiet, and had a wonderful air conditioning system. The facilities, including the pool, looked nice, although I didn't have time to use them.

The hotel had a beautiful and modern building, with comfortable and well-appointed rooms. the bathrooms were gorgeous, with a large soaking tub and a big rain shower. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the access to the Ambassador Lounge, which provided snacks and drinks throughout the day. the pool was also beautiful, although it was only sunny for a few hours in the morning and afternoon.

During my stay, there were a few things that I disliked about the hotel. the service at the pool was non-existent, as we had to go to the bar outside of the gate to order a drink.

We stayed at the Intercontinental in Cartagena for 6 nights after our tour of Colombia. Our room was spacious with a stunning view of the sea. the staff were always friendly and helpful, and the infinity pool overlooking the ocean was amazing. the pool bar had delicious drinks and the gym on the 15th floor was well-equipped. the hotel's location right by the beach was perfect, and we even got to use the pool towels on the beach.

Could not be improved in any way. 😊

The hotel had a great infrastructure with efficient elevators and a prime location right in front of a beautiful beach. the modern and cool design of the hotel, along with the great ocean view from the suite, added to the overall experience. Additionally, the concierge, Cindy, was lovely and professional, despite some minor issues with attention to detail.

On the downside, the flow of water in the bathroom was poor, which was a bit inconvenient. the front desk staff could get overwhelmed at times, leading to long waits and difficulty in getting through to the Instant Call button.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its fantastic location, just across the street from the beach. I stayed in a room with a wonderful ocean view and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast included a great variety of delicious options.
