An excellent fit for a flash visit in Cherokee with good price value. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice surprise to start the day. Make sure to explore the nearby Oconaluftee river. it’s perfect for inter-tubing.

The location is really convenient for activities, especially with

easy access to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The staff was friendly, but keep in mind there’s limited breakfast options, making it handy to bring your snacks. Overall, a solid stay for adventure seekers.

The cleanliness of the Queen Room was outstanding, free of any marks or dirt, which is rare in many hotels. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, adding to the cozy atmosphere of the stay. However, the breakfast options were quite limited, making it necessary to bring snacks if you're hoping for more than just the basics. While the location is ideal for nearby attractions, the room felt smaller than anticipated, particularly for two guests.

The room was super clean and the staff were just so friendly! Got to enjoy the waffle station at breakfast, which was a nice touch. Location is prime for visiting the Smokies, and the mountain views from our room were just breathtaking!

the hotel was absolutely abysmal. the pool had metal flakes, which is completely safe, right? the air conditioning was so loud, it ruined my sleep, and don't even get me started on the staff always hovering around us. i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but nope, just the same old mediocre stay. so disappointing!

We stayed here with our three grandkids, and the best part was watching the elk from our room window. The location was excellent, close to the entrance to the park, and the staff was welcoming. Shuttle service to the casino was an added perk.

My children wanted more breakfast options.

The room was impressively clean and cozy, and I loved that the coffee in the lobby had yummy hazelnut creamer. There’s a nice outdoor pool and a hot tub to kick back in after a long day. Just a heads up, the area could feel a bit rundown, but everything else made up for it! 😊

we had a great stay at bay mountain inn cherokee smoky mountains! the location was perfect, really close to island park. the breakfast buffet was solid with a yummy waffle station. tj at the front desk was super attentive and helped us with everything we needed.

the only downside was that the toilet handle in our room was broken, but it was manageable.
