The hotel I stayed at was in a prime location, close to everything including Multi Centro and the nearby islands. The room was spacious and featured an amazing shower. The staff was friendly, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the bar was very enjoyable. The fact that the hotel was in a beautiful golden tower and had excellent service made for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Although the hotel had great service, the bar could have been a bit bigger and further from the dining area to provide a more relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel offered a convenient location for exploring the city, with a pleasant walk to nearby attractions and authentic dining options. the ability to check-in early after a long flight made our stay more comfortable. the beds were comfy and the rooms were perfectly clean. the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service.

We had some difficulties with the parking situation, as there was no valet parking and the staff seemed unresponsive when we were trying to figure out where to leave our car. the process of getting a new parking ticket every time we left and returned was inconvenient, and we had to constantly go to the lobby for stamping to avoid paying for parking.

The Golden Tower staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The lobby, although labeled differently, was luxurious and extravagant. The room was lovely with tasteful styling and plenty of electrical outlets. The hotel is excellently located, in a safe and central area with shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff, including the maintenance staff, were attentive and kind.

This venue was a luxurious and exclusive experience. the service was impeccable, always catering to our every whim. the spa and wellness centre was a haven for relaxation. the indoor heated swimming pool and sauna provided a tranquil atmosphere. the buffet breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide range of choices and catered to all dietary requirements. the private facilities and room advantages added to the luxurious experience.

The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi. We experienced some difficulties connecting to the internet due to the unstable connection.
