Plenty of sunbeds available.

The pool was amazing, perfect for relaxing and taking a dip. The beautiful sea view added to the romantic atmosphere. the animation staff and evening entertainment were great, providing fun activities and keeping us entertained throughout our stay.

The cleanliness of the room was below par, not what we expected for a romantic escape. We had to amend our check-in date due to missing our flight, but the hotel failed to update our reservation properly, causing unnecessary stress and confusion.

The pools are clean and well-maintained, with enjoyable slides. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms and communal areas are always kept clean. The food offers a good variety and changes daily. Cocktails are included in the all-inclusive package.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to Chania, Balos, Falasarna, Elafonisi. The reception area is welcoming and the staff are polite and helpful. The rooms, although needing a bit of renovation, are clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu offers a variety of options and the food is delicious. The pool area is amazing, with two kiddies pools, slides, a large pool for adults, and a lovely aquapark area. There are also regular entertainment activities for both children and adults.

The lifts are slow and unreliable.
