The staff at Playa Tortuga treated me like family. They were so kind and helpful, especially when I was dealing with a difficult situation. They went above and beyond to assist me with paperwork and even accompanied me to the morgue, providing emotional support along the way. The proximity to the beach and pools was great, and the restaurant and bar looked like a lot of fun. Additionally, the beds were comfortable, and the views from the balcony were nice. The WiFi worked well, and lunch was decent.

The location was perfect, right by the beach where they film a UK-reality show Survivor. The resort restaurant had delicious food, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was attentive, and the breakfast was tasty. We also loved the stunning view from our room and enjoyed the facilities, such as the nice pool and the kayaks available for use. it was a fantastic stay.

The view from our balcony was breathtaking, and we enjoyed watching the waves crashing against the shore. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Sheri. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. We also appreciated the shops and commercial services available on-site, as well as the laundry service. The airport shuttle made our arrival and departure hassle-free. Plus, the welcome drink was a nice touch.

Playa Tortuga Hotel And Beach Resort in Bocas del Toro is simply the best. Close to Bocas town, clean rooms, comfortable beds, amazing swimming pool, and free kayaks. The food is delicious, and happy hour drinks are great. The staff is friendly and nice.

The location was perfect for my family, not too close or far from town. Plenty of taxis were available. The hotel had a large and spacious outside area with beautiful ocean views from the restaurant. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and had comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief in the hot weather.
