The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room exceeded our expectations with its tasteful decor and comfortable furniture. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peacefully quiet. The staff was attentive, responsive, and incredibly accommodating.

I recently stayed at a family-friendly hotel in a perfect location. The well-equipped rooms and in-room spa were amazing. The comfortable beds and convenient 24-hour staff made our stay even more enjoyable. It's definitely great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling with their family.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities were excellent, especially the modern kitchenette. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the location was fantastic, with easy parking and walking distance to the city center. We also appreciated the thoughtful additions such as vouchers to a nearby private beach and souvenir shot glasses. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the price was great too.

Great location, walking distance to gondola for skiing. Room 203 had trouble opening dresser due to high flooring. Jacuzzi needed cleaning as black mildew came out of jets. No social spaces for guests and no front desk. Had to sign a quiet document. Small room with useful surprises, like a Tiny Home. Friendly staff provided utensils late at night. Close to beach, casinos, and restaurants. Comfortable bed and functional kitchenette. Peaceful with private gated parking.

Additionally, having outdoor seating areas with tables and couches was a nice touch, allowing us to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. some of the information provided by the owner regarding amenities was misleading, such as the availability of the hot tub.

Our stay at the Gondola Lodge was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Heavenly resorts and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a spacious shower and a well-equipped kitchen. The automatic check-in and gated parking made everything convenient. We also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Tahoe!

We absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning views of the snowy mountains from our room at Gondola Lodge. The outdoor tables and couches were a great touch, and we enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the private location. Plus, being close to downtown made exploring convenient.

The room was spacious and had a wonderful whirlpool tub that we absolutely loved. We felt safe with the gated entrance and the location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and casinos. The friendly staff made us feel right at home and the cozy rooms and good water pressure in the showers added to the great experience.

One minor inconvenience was the A/C unit located at the front door, making it a little cumbersome. Additionally, the dresser in the closet felt a bit too large for the space.
