Beach chairs were dirty, needed immediate cleaning.

The beach is just stunning, man! You can walk for miles without a hassle. The kids loved the water park, and the staff are super friendly. Our room had a great view, and daily bottled water was a nice touch. The food was lekker, especially the sushi at the Japanese joint!

We had a great time with the water slides and amazing food at Sakura and Los Olivos, but the room key issues were frustrating! I might consider coming back.

Just set your expectations, it’s not luxury, rather an average all-inclusive. Rooms could use maintenance, yet for the value, it’s a reasonable choice for families seeking a fun getaway.

We enjoyed the great beach and took advantage of the water activities, like kayaking. The Japanese restaurant was a highlight, and the live music at night made it even better! Just a heads up, the wristband thing can be a bit annoying, but it’s manageable.

Had an issue with the air conditioning not working properly in our room, which was frustrating. It got a bit hot during the day, so I recommend ensuring your AC is in good shape right when you check in.

Chill out at the outdoor swimming pool or soak in the jacuzzi if you get the chance! The check-in took a bit longer than I expected, but it was worth it for the fun I had.
