We had a fantastic stay here. The staff was amazing, always on hand to help us even more. They even prepared a special welcome for our kids with in-room desserts and drinks, and printed our company logo on a cake. The kids enjoyed the kids club while I utilized the female gym and spa facilities. The hotel's connection to the nearby Galleria Mall made our stay even more convenient. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the swimming pool was excellent, with complimentary lollies served all the time. we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

My stay was slightly marred by the disruption caused by the security checks and the presence of football fans due to a Real Madrid game. The constant security measures at the entrance were a bit tedious, and the pool area felt small and crowded.
