the outdoor swimming pool and beach access were perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed the massage and spa centre that left us feeling rejuvenated. the restaurant provided delicious food, served in a beautiful garden area. the sun terrace and sun loungers allowed us to soak up the sun in comfort. the private facilities in our room impressed us greatly. the location was perfect, offering a beachfront view.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the entertainment. There were limited options, which meant we were left with not much to do in the evenings.

Our stay at The Resort At Isla Palenque was truly wonderful. We came to the island to recharge and disconnect and it was the perfect place to do so. The overall beauty of the nature and the design of the hotel were breathtaking. The staff were incredibly caring and professional, making sure our every need was met. The food exceeded our high standards, with fresh, high-quality and creative dishes. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions without hesitation. We can't thank the team enough for making our stay an amazing experience.

We had a fantastic stay in a stunning jungle/beach setting. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff, without a doubt, made our experience extraordinary. They were caring and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location, near Enrique, was perfect for exploring the beautiful nature surrounding the hotel. And the breakfast was delicious, with fresh and creative options that catered to our dietary restrictions.
