Waking up to the sound of birds and seeing all the stunning gardens around was just magic, ja. The brekkie spread was a real treat with all sorts of lekker options—especially that fresh honey! And the big room was super clean, perfect for chilling after our daily adventures.

Just a heads up, the reception was a bit slow during check-in, but once we got past that, it was all good vibes.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that left me disappointed. For instance, the bar service was quite slow at times, which disrupted our evening plans. Moreover, we faced unexpected hot water problems on the first night, which, although resolved quickly, put a damper on my overall experience. It was disheartening to deal with these inconveniences, especially given the wonderful potential of the hotel amenities.

It was just a balanced option for a brief weekend stay in Urubamba with exceptional value. The restaurant staff was really attentive and greeted us by name every day. Make sure to ask for bottled water for your drinks if you're not used to the local water.

The hotel offers a magical experience with its stunning gardens and river views. The staff is genuinely caring, particularly Yolanda at breakfast, who made each morning a delight. While the koi pond cleaning created some unpleasant smells, the overall ambiance and wellness offerings are worth the stay.

the gardens are super pretty with llamas and colorful birds everywhere. loved the big room and hot tub—it was so comfy. also, breakfast was just amazin with all the fresh fruit and awesome variety! spa was a nice treat too, made me feel so relaxed after a long day. the view of the andes is breathtaking when the sun sets, perfect for chillin out.

The Aranwa's gardens are a feast for the eyes, brimming with exotic birds. We had an amazing time at the Unno Spa, indulging in a relaxing massage and enjoying the large, clean room. The atmosphere felt like a slice of paradise.
