The Team at Aranwa made our stay perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The hotel and spa exceeded our expectations with their luxurious rooms, stunning grounds, and professional services. We particularly want to mention Ivone at reception and Carmen at concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The entire staff was friendly and dedicated to ensuring that we had a wonderful experience. The peaceful walks in the vast and well-maintained grounds were a highlight of our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for a perfect holiday getaway.

We got excellent value for our money at Aranwa. The room was clean and comfortable, overlooking beautiful gardens teeming with hummingbirds. The location was perfect for exploring the Sacred Valley, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could have been better, with a few more options to choose from.

We stayed at Aranwa for 3 nights as a base for exploring the Sacred Valley. The service was excellent, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The colonial architecture was a nice touch and added to the charm of the hotel. The grounds were beautiful, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained. The staff were amazing and recommended a reliable and friendly driver for our day trips. we had a wonderful and relaxing stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and spa. The facilities were top-notch, with a variety of amenities to enjoy. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. The views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking. We also loved the optional activities offered, providing us with the opportunity to fully immerse ourselves in the local culture. it was a truly memorable experience.

One thing we didn't particularly like was the long walks between buildings, especially during the rainy season. It would have been more convenient if the hotel provided covered walkways or transport options.

The room was charming and beautiful, with a bed as soft as fluffy clouds. The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel grounds are lovely, with a historic house and a church to explore. I also loved seeing the lamas walking about.

This luxurious hotel provided exclusive amenities that fulfilled our relaxing getaway needs. We enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre, which offered an indoor swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. the massage and body wrap treatments were of excellent quality, and the Spa lounge was an excellent relaxation area. the beautiful garden area with sun loungers was also a favorite spot of ours. the restaurant offered an incredible dinner with special diet menus and a beautiful bar with a lounge area.

Although we had a wonderful stay, we felt that the only minor issue was the lack of information on the available live entertainment. We also noticed that the treatment room needed some maintenance.

Impeccable facilities, expansive green areas and beautiful surroundings. Top-notch spa, upgraded to a luxurious suite. Great food and drinks, accommodating staff, comfortable beds, and clean rooms. A resort comparable to Hawaii's best. Lush gardens, ponds, alpacas, and peacocks. Lovely breakfast, excellent restaurant, bar, and shop staff. A relaxing oasis in a peaceful location.

We had an amazing experience at Aranwa! the grounds were lovely, with bonus parrots, alpacas, and peacocks. the restaurant served delicious food, and we enjoyed a really nice dinner and cocktail. Our deluxe room was spacious, quiet, and had a huge, comfy bed with a beautiful view of the gardens. the staff were generally friendly and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. the property felt like a resort with its huge grounds, swimming pool, hot tub, and even an island. We were impressed with the staff's attentiveness, especially when they helped us research and book our train tickets to Machu Picchu.

Our xmas stay was overall average. Two things that we appreciated were the complimentary hot chocolate and mini-fridge in the room. the hotel is well-located near a market and had easy access to transportation. One additional advantage was the nearby hiking trails that offered scenic views of the surrounding mountains.

The food was overpriced and not enjoyable. the breakfast buffet lacked variety and was not fresh.
