Our experience at this hotel was not entirely positive. the air conditioning units in the rooms were extremely noisy and the thermostats were not functioning properly.

The hotel is located near a major trucking intersection and the noise from the highway was very loud, especially in the early morning. the facilities are dated, including the bathroom which had a sink outside the actual bathroom area.

The hotel's location was ideal for our family reunion as it was filled to capacity with several weddings happening nearby. It was also just a quick 15-minute ride to Yale in New Haven, which was perfect for visiting the university. The staff was attentive and made sure that our rooms were clean, quiet, and centrally located. The rooms themselves were the perfect size with all the amenities that we needed, including a king-size bed and a rollaway. Additionally, the breakfast was above average and included delicious cheese omelettes as an alternative to the scrambled eggs. The person in charge of breakfast greeted each guest with a warm "good morning" and there were plenty of healthy options along with hot items, cold cereal, yogurt, and fruit.
