The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable, providing helpful recommendations for hiking trails and ensuring I got on the right bus for my tour. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and I loved the charming and peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast served was delicious and healthy, and the attention to detail, like the water on the table and afternoon tea, made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a beautiful alley of Ollantaytambo. The location is perfect, right in the main plaza and along a little river that lulls you to sleep at night. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with a great view from the north facing window overlooking the mountains. The staff here are friendly and attentive, making sure you have a pleasant stay. Breakfast is included and they even serve eggs to order. It's great value for money!

We had a fantastic stay at a cozy hotel nestled next to some amazing Inca ruins on the east side of town. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and with breathtaking views of the valley. The room was comfortable and decorated with lovely Peruvian touches, while the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The staff provided exceptional service, answering all our questions and even helping us with our luggage. The breakfast was delicious and filling, with the option of made-to-order eggs. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

That the sound insulation in the hotel could be improved, as we could hear conversations and noise from other guests.

I had a fantastic stay at the guest house. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the suite with its balcony that provided a quieter and more private experience. the staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging taxis for us and even holding our luggage while we explored Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu. the location was great, just a short walk to the main square and with the Pinkuylluna ruins right across the street. the little happy hour they hosted with Pisco sours and popcorn was a lovely touch.

Additionally, the guest house arranged a driver for us to take a tour of the Sacred Valley, which was interesting and enjoyable. The breakfast served at the guest house was amazing, even though we had to leave early and missed part of it. I highly recommend this guest house for its exceptional service, cozy rooms, and friendly atmosphere.

Traditional and beautiful setup with lovely rooms and a balcony over the cobble streets. Incredibly helpful staff who prepared a nice packed lunch for our early train to Machu Picchu. Charming decor, clean and comfortable with an Inca feel. Friendly young couple running the place. Cozy spot with flexible staff.

The complementary hot drinks and sweets in the lobby were a nice touch during Christmas. the location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants.

There were some issues with the hot water, but it was manageable with some patience and adjustments. the noise level from outside could be disruptive at times.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Picaflor Tambo. We were warmly welcomed by the owner who made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even assisting with translation at the clinic when we were sick. The hotel offers a delicious and healthy breakfast, and the beds are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The peaceful sound of the nearby river added to the serenity of our room. We also appreciated the helpful recommendations and transportation arrangements provided by the hotel. We will definitely return!

the location was perfect - just off the beaten path but still close to everything. Falling asleep to the sound of the rushing water right by the hotel made us feel like we were sleeping beside a river. the Inti room we stayed in was lovely and spacious, with two balconies and a spotlessly clean bathroom. the breakfast was delicious, with a choice of fried or scrambled eggs cooked to order, fresh fruit, avocado, and more. the staff went above and beyond, even fixing us a bagged breakfast when we had to leave early for the train. We also appreciated the helpful recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants provided by Antonio and his partner.
