I got great value for my money at the Sanctuary Lodge. The room was comfortable and the location couldn't be beat, right outside the entrance to Machu Picchu. The staff treated me with friendliness and attentiveness.

Our stay at Belmond Hotel was simply worth it! The ultimate luxury was being able to enter the attraction early and well-rested. The food was incredible, and the room was comfortable. The attentive treatment from the staff made our experience amazing.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable. It was right at the entrance to Machu Picchu, making it incredibly convenient. We didn't have to wait in line for buses or toilets and could easily come and go throughout the day. The hotel staff provided excellent service, particularly Antonio who took care of all our food and drink needs and gave us great advice for exploring the citadel. We also enjoyed the fun Pisco Sour tasting and the live music during dinner. The all-inclusive package was a great value.

The hotel's perfect location in Aguas Calientes allowed us to easily access the Machu Picchu entrance and explore the sacred valley. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the transportation arrangements made our trip hassle-free.

The service at Belmond Hotel was exceptional. Upon arrival, my room had twin beds instead of a queen/king bed, but the staff immediately changed my room without any hassle. The staff made an effort to understand my preferences, such as serving still water at room temperature without me having to ask. The food was excellent, with many options and exceptional freshness considering everything has to be brought up to the lodge. The maître d' provided a professional and easy-going service, making sure I had a memorable dining experience. Additionally, I attended a fun and enjoyable Pisco Sour making course. The location of the lodge, right next to the entrance of Machu Picchu, was absolutely incredible. I didn't have to waste time waiting in line for the bus and could easily access the astounding wonder. The room was comfortable, with a nice seating area outside, a comfortable bed, good bedding, excellent pillows. The travel agency, Journey's of Peru, helped make my stay memorable by ensuring everything was handled smoothly. I highly recommend Belmond Hotel for its location, service, food, and comfortable accommodations.

The location is unmatched, being the only hotel on top of the mountain. Easy access to Machu Picchu without long lines or waits. Beautiful garden with hummingbirds. Shower rooms available after check out. Unforgettable experience.
