The hotel is located in the center of town, right in front of a church. You can easily walk to the main plazas, restaurants, and even the beautiful Lake Titicaca. It's a safe area with plenty of transportation options available right outside the door. The staff is attentive and helpful, and they even allowed me to store my luggage before and after check out. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with hot showers and good wifi.

The noise can be a bit of a problem, especially if you're staying on the first floor. The reception area has the TV on or music playing, which can be heard in the rooms.

First, I enjoyed the ample supply of fresh fruits and cereals, making breakfast an excellent start to each day. Second, the hotel location was key; it was a short walk from plazas, many restaurants, and a local mercado for food shopping. I felt safe because of its proximity to a church and the accessibility of transportation, such as taxis and motocars, right outside the door.

The noise level was a big issue, especially in the early morning hours. The lack of proper soundproofing made it difficult to sleep when the staff had the TV or music on in reception.
