This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, offering easy access to all the amazing attractions Cusco has to offer. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with helpful staff providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and relax in a nicely decorated and comfortable environment.

One guest experienced a minor security issue when their door was accidentally opened by another guest, but it was not reported.

The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast included was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. With such a view and the convenience of having breakfast included, it was definitely a great value for the price.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to do. We also really appreciated the comfortable beds and cozy blankets, which made for a great night's sleep.

There was some noise during the nights which disrupted our sleep.
