Casa De Virginia in Cabanaconde exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The room was simple but cozy, and the location was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were welcoming and treated us like family throughout our stay.

The owner, Seis, welcomed us warmly and gave us great advice for our stay. The rooms were comfortable and the shared bathrooms were always clean with hot water. The mini pools on the property were a lifesaver after a long hike, and the hammocks provided a relaxing spot to take in the stunning view. The breakfast of pancakes or scrambled eggs and fresh fruits always left us feeling satisfied. Dinner was delicious and reasonably priced. The garden on the property was exotic and we got to try a variety of delicious Peruvian fruits. Casa De Virginia offers great value for money and I would highly recommend it for a wonderful stay in the Colca Canyon.

The owner of the hostel was lovely and greeted us with a big bottle of water, dinner, and directions to the hot springs for a night time dip. The food catered for vegetarians and the property was beautiful. The bathrooms were kept clean and the location was peaceful.

The hotel had all the amenities and comforts I needed, including hot tubs to relax in after a long day of hiking. The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home, ensuring that I had a delicious vegetarian option for dinner. The breakfast time was flexible, allowing me to start my day at my own pace. Additionally, the WiFi was surprisingly strong and fast, which was a pleasant surprise in such a remote location.

It was amazing to see the fruits and vegetables being grown on-site and incorporated into the delicious menu. The fact that they offer special consideration for vegan diets was a huge plus for me. The hot spring pool was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of hiking. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the owner even spoke a bit of English.

That there was no hot shower available, which was a bit disappointing. there seemed to be only one toilet and shower combination, which could get a bit inconvenient when the hotel was busy.
