The presidential suite at this hotel was an absolute delight. It offered all the comforts of home but with the added touch of luxury. Staying there made me feel like a VIP, as if I were living in my very own White House - minus the politics, of course!

As a frequent traveler, I often find myself in need of a convenient hotel for overnight transit stays during my journeys. The location of SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Reno Airport, adjacent to the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, was incredibly convenient for my recent layover. the availability of a casual on-site restaurant, Plaza Court, ensured that I could enjoy a satisfying meal without having to venture far from the hotel.

I found the bed and linen in the room to be slightly in need of an upgrade to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. While the hotel offers excellent convenience for transit stays, I believe that some improvements in the bedding could further enhance the overall experience for guests.

Definitely not your average stay. Presidential suite felt just like home, but better! A quick trip to Harrah's Casino for a roll or two. Crosswinds Lounge served up classic American eats. My room felt cozy with all the essentials. Loved the pool and gym on-site. The bar with game machines? A cool touch. An intimate and welcoming vibe all around. Outdoor activities galore nearby. Perfect for my gaming-loving self. At the end of the day, a drink at the poolside bar hit the spot. 🎮🎨

Convenient airport stay with pleasant staff, spacious room, and quick elevators. Noise from air unit and water were minor issues, but overall clean and comfortable. Great value for the price - would stay again.

You can enjoy activities like soaking in natural hot springs, skiing or snowboarding, kayaking on the pristine lake, hiking through beautiful trails, and even trying your luck at the casinos – which adds a touch of excitement for the adults.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly meal options onsite.

I chose this hotel for attending a trade show because it provides excellent business amenities, including a 24-hour business center, conference center, and 9 meeting rooms for events. The staff was accommodating and the facilities were well-equipped for my work needs.

One service that I missed for my work was a shuttle service to the nearby convention center to ease transportation during my busy schedule.

Surestay Plus offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds, including amenities like a recliner, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. the staff is friendly, professional, and attentive, creating a tranquil atmosphere. the breakfast service is top-notch, with charming hosts and waitstaff.

Always a delight! Staff recommended great restaurants on my first stay. This place has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and more. Perfect for me. Coming back for New Year!

The hotel offered a range of leisure activities, including a well-equipped gym, a relaxing spa, and a rejuvenating sauna. The outdoor swimming pool provided a refreshing burst of energy after a long day of meetings, and the hot tub was the perfect place to unwind and relax. Additionally, the free wifi was convenient for staying connected, making my stay comfortable and productive.

The only thing I would ask for to enhance the vacation experience for senior people would be for the children of the staff to be more attentive to guests' needs.

The location was perfect for our family as we were able to take advantage of the free shuttle service from the airport and start our road trip the next morning. The hotel is conveniently located near access to the interstate, making it easy for us to get on the road. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the ventilation worked well. We also enjoyed the on-site breakfast venue, which offered more than just a typical continental breakfast. our stay exceeded our expectations.

Had an epic time with my friends checking out the air races and hitting up Lake Tahoe for some sick snowboarding and casino action! The hotel's free airport shuttle was super convenient, and being close to the city bus line made getting around a breeze. Plus, the inexpensive restaurant was a clutch hangout spot.

Would've been lit if the hotel had a more happening nightlife scene for us young party animals.
