Our room at Casa Esmeralda was incredibly comfortable, with a lovely bed and bedding. The hotel provided excellent toiletries and even made us a packed breakfast for our early flight. We also appreciated the complimentary tea in the hall. The design of the hotel was nice and we felt safe. Despite some noise issues, overall I'll recommend this hotel.

This hotel in Cusco exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was spot on. The rooms were very clean, comfy, and modern, with nice bathrooms and even a hair dryer. Secondly, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, going above and beyond to assist with airport transportation and storing my luggage. Finally, the breakfast provided was fantastic. The cooks prepared eggs to my liking and the fresh fruit and yogurt were simply delicious. this hotel offers great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

All was more than okay, no improvement needed.
