We also appreciated the complimentary tea in the hall. The design of the hotel was nice and we felt safe. Despite some noise issues, overall I'll recommend this hotel.

This hotel in Cusco exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was spot on. The rooms were very clean, comfy, and modern, with nice bathrooms and even a hair dryer. Secondly, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, going above and beyond to assist with airport transportation and storing my luggage. Finally, the breakfast provided was fantastic. The cooks prepared eggs to my liking and the fresh fruit and yogurt were simply delicious. this hotel offers great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely boutique hotel on a quiet street. The staff at Casa Esmeralda were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to assist us. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Though it was a bit further out from the Center, a short 10-minute walk or a quick taxi ride made it easily accessible. The affordability combined with the exceptional service and comfort made it well worth the slight distance.

The breakfast was satisfactory, and the room had a great view of the city. the hotel was close enough to the city center and the airport. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak and the cleaning staff left our room open while cleaning, which made us feel unsafe and uneasy. during the New Year's Eve celebration, the noise level was excessive, making it difficult to rest at night.

The location, just on the outskirts of the Plaza de Armas, made it convenient to explore the historical center of the city, while also providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the noise. We were pleased to find some excellent restaurants nearby, which added to the overall experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, from helping with luggage to providing us with a packed breakfast for our early departure.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel, Casa Esmeralda! From the moment I arrived, the hosts, Alex and Gladys, were extremely helpful. They allowed me to check in early at 6:00 and even stored my bag while I was on the Inca trail. the room was comfortable and the hotel had a luxurious feel. the breakfast was amazing, with the cook going above and beyond to cater to my preferences. it was the best place I've stayed at during my two months of traveling. Highly recommend!
