I stayed at Casa San Blas for two nights while exploring the city and acclimating before my trek. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The facility is great and located in a perfect area for exploring the historic and San Blas districts. The rooms were comfortable and the lobby was cozy. The WiFi was excellent and I was able to upload photos easily. They provided free drinking water, coca leaves, and tea. They also stored my luggage while I hiked the Inca Trail. The staff, particularly Pamela, Alex, and George, were proficient in English and extremely helpful. The breakfast service was excellent, and the food was delicious with made-to-order eggs.

We had an amazing time at Casa San Blas! The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel special during our honeymoon. They even provided bagged breakfasts for us on early mornings and held onto our luggage while we hiked the Inka Trail. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and beautiful walks around Cusco. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the city.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, nestled down a narrow street near the top of the hill, with easy access to the City Center and the Plaza de Armas. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and cozy rooms that showcased Peruvian tradition through their rustic textiles. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of fruits, cheese, marmalade, and vegetables to choose from. We also loved the warm water pillows that were provided for our beds in the evening.

The location was perfect, close to both the main square and the charming San Blas neighborhood. The staff treated me incredibly well, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a fantastic neighborhood. It is exceptionally good value for money and is just a short walk to the main square. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully designed, with amazing views, fluffy bathrobes, and a well-equipped kitchen area. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast, served in a cute little dining room, is good with a variety of options including eggs.

He acted as our personal concierge, helping us with restaurant recommendations and even cooking a soup for me when I fell ill. the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the historic and San Blas districts, and the staff were accommodating, holding our luggage while we went on a hiking trip. this is definitely the best place to stay in Cusco!

Great experience with friendly and helpful staff. the room was neat and comfortable, and the view from the room was spectacular. the staff went above and beyond, acting as our personal concierge and providing us with useful information about local restaurants and shops. the hotel offered complimentary water and coca water, and the breakfast included a buffet of exotic fruits, cereal, toast, local jams, and fresh eggs made to order. A great place to stay in a convenient location.

The checking-in process was slow and some staff members were not pleasant. the breakfast room was small and sometimes crowded, with a disappointing quality and quantity of food compared to other hotels in Peru.
