We stayed at this hotel during our trip and we were very pleased with our experience. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the chepe train and right next to machado/plaza. The hotel provided excellent service and had a variety of amenities to make our stay comfortable, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. Our room was clean and comfortable, with great beds and bed linens. We also appreciated the in-room amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff was friendly and professional, and they were extremely helpful throughout our stay.
