I couldn't believe the value for my money at Lochardil House! The room was enormous, with a spacious bathroom and added bonus of a refrigerator and comfy chairs. The beautiful grounds and outdoor patio were a delightful addition to my stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my happiness. The breakfast was simply superb, with a wonderful variety of options.

We stayed at a hotel surrounded by beautiful gardens, where we enjoyed our meals in a lovely conservatory-type extension. The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating the chef's absence with acceptable alternatives. Our room in the annex was excellent, with functional facilities. We had a great night's sleep in the huge bed and enjoyed a nice shower in the bathroom. The location was perfect for exploring Scotland, with quick access to Inverness.

The temperature in our ground floor room got quite stuffy due to the hot weather, and the bed was a bit too hard for our liking.

We had a great stay at this venue, which is located in a quiet area with ample parking and set in a really tranquil area. The service was amazing with bell staff/porter, housekeeping, laundry, and the staff providing a warm welcome and showing interest in my stay. The hotel amenities such as the ironing facilities, flat-screen TV, and pantry were top-notch. Additionally, the dining restaurant and the in-room breakfast experience were both exceptional.

Would recommend this hotel to all looking for an excellent stay experience with top-notch staff, amenities, and proximity to the city.

The location of this property was perfect for exploring the area. It was within walking distance of several attractions and a short drive to the city center. the history of the property was fascinating and it had been beautifully preserved. the staff at the hotel were outstanding. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

That the hotel is in a residential area, so there wasn't much to do in the immediate vicinity. It's also worth noting that having a car is beneficial as public transportation options are limited.

Heating didn't work so it was freezing all night. Awkward bathroom layout with a showerhead positioned too low.
