We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with a small refrigerator and microwave that were spotless inside. The breakfast provided was one of the best we have come across, and the dining area was comfortable and very clean. The staff, whether they were staff or the owner, were all happy, helpful, and made us feel wanted during our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to the freeway and lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

The staff was very kind and helpful, and the location was excellent with easy access to food, shopping, and the interstate. the room was clean and in good working order.

The beds were a bit hard and there were only three pillows per queen bed. Additionally, there was no elevator, making it difficult to haul heavy luggage to the second floor.

The room was clean and spacious, just like the pictures on the website. the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the continental breakfast had a good variety of options, including mini bagels, yogurt, and granola bars. the location was also convenient, with a Cook-out restaurant right next door.

The towels could have been larger, but that was a minor issue. Additionally, the parking was limited, so finding a spot could be a challenge.

The front desk staff at West Bank Inn were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern laminate and tile flooring that felt much cleaner than traditional carpet. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to the nearby golf course, as well as the basket of complimentary snacks upon check-in. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were in Augusta for a family member's surgery and West Bank Inn was the perfect choice. It provided easy access to the hospital and was close to plenty of restaurants. The peaceful ambiance made our stay even more comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and the room was exceptionally clean. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on Washington Road, just a mile away from Augusta National. The cleanliness of the rooms exceeded my expectations, and the hotel facilities were outstanding. The parking was convenient, and the location right in the middle of all the restaurants and shopping centers was a major plus. The staff members were friendly and helpful, from the exceptional first floor maid who kept the rooms clean and nice, to the extremely nice and helpful check-in desk clerk. I was impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, location, and the helpfulness of the staff.
