Upon check-in, I had a small issue with my card, but Jennifer at the front desk was extremely helpful and resolved the issue quickly. She was professional, friendly, and went out of her way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and the AC worked perfectly to keep me cool during my stay. The breakfast options were decent, and I appreciated the fresh coffee and yogurt to start my day. The hotel had a nice view of the mountain peak behind it, adding to the overall ambiance. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a microwave in the room and the occasional funky smell in the hallways, these were overshadowed by the positive experiences I had. I highly recommend this hotel for its great staff and comfortable accommodations.

The front staff were excellent and went out of their way to assist us, even though they were dealing with a broken dryer and had to dry laundry in a guest dryer.
