i almost considered giving a good review, but the short-circuiting kettle and rude reception staff made it impossible. i couldn’t believe the lack of attention to detail, especially when i woudl ve been satisfied with just a room upgrade after my dreadful experience. perhaps this place is only for the indifferent ones who are okay with mediocrity.

Rooms can be small, but the efficiency and cleanliness are truly impressive.

It was just a top selection for a fleeting trip in Zurich with a great value-to-price ratio. The reception staff could be more welcoming. the woman at check-in was a bit unfriendly and made things complicated for families. Make sure to confirm room details when you book, especially if traveling with kids.

the air conditioning was a complete disaster, set to a toasty 25 degrees. I definitelly expected a remedy, such as a room upgrade, for that inconvenience – but no luck! the loud music from the street was charming, if you enjoy sleep deprivation. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t, due to these blaring issues.

The hotel's prime location is fantastic, just three minutes from the train station and surrounded by dining options. The room was immaculate and the breakfast broad and quite satisfying.

Expect limited air conditioning and noise from nearby entertainment, which could detract from a restful stay. Also, some common areas felt cramped during peak hours.

The hotel is conveniently located near the old town and train station. it's just a short walk to the lake and Bahnhofstrasse. Rooms were clean and well-organized. the atmosphere was lively and felt vibrant.

the location of the hotel was superb, within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and main attractions. the staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, particularly during breakfast where the tea selection was great ☕. dry cleaning and laundry services were a plus too.

the hotel has a chilled water tap to refill your bottles for free. the room was on the 4th floor and was very hot with no air conditioning for cooling it down.

I enjoyed staying in a cozy room where I was glad to sleep in my bed again. The location made it easy to explore the area, just a few minutes from everything I wanted to see. It felt like a blessing to be in this vibrant place. I really admired the beautiful beams in the loft suite during my stay. Lots to discover in town made this stop worthwhile.

I had a cozy night in a well-organized room with a fantastic bed and a surprise late-night snack service that hit the spot. After a long day, I loved unwinding at the hotel’s tranquil garden and enjoyed a massage in the wellness area. The shower could’ve used a little more water pressure, but it didn’t ruin the overall vibe. 🌿

The breakfast spread was great, offering a variety of options and the staff were super helpful, providing umbrellas during the rain. Also, the location is perfect for exploring with plenty of dining options right at our doorstep.

the location is near restaurants and trams, making it easy to explore. the lobby had a bad smell that stayed the entire stay.

What a lovely spot! Centrally located, just a hop away from the train station and famous shopping street. The rooms are spacious and oh-so-clean, perfect for a romantic getaway.

I was hoping for a rooftop terrace, but alas, only for the fancy folks up top! Also, finding parking felt like an episode of a treasure hunt.

But honestly, packing those hefty suitcases up three flights of stairs was like preparing for the Olympics. Who knew I’d need my gym membership just to get to my room?
