The location of the hotel was perfect, it was conveniently located near popular attractions and transportation options. The design of the rooms was modern and pleasing to the eye. one of the best aspects was having private parking available at the property.

One major downside was the lack of attentiveness from the reception staff. There were issues with the parking reservation upon arrival, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration.

The location of Felix was great, and the breakfast had a good selection. Despite leaving our passports in the safe, the staff was diligent and helpful in retrieving them for us. I would recommend staying here for a convenient and comfortable experience.

This budget hotel has an unbeatable location, just minutes away from the main train station which makes it very easy to catch the train to the airport for your return journey. It also has a great selection of F&B outlets nearby. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city centre, providing guests with easy access to all the major attractions. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast included in the stay is delicious and there are various facilities such as strong wifi provided that enhance the stay.

No adequate air conditioning.

The receptionist at the hotel was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Despite explaining that my room was already paid for, she refused to listen and caused unnecessary stress. It's disappointing that the hotel doesn't have responsible staff who understand basic hotel management. Additionally, the hotel can get noisy at night, making it less suitable for families or couples.

This hotel is perfect for weekend getaways! The complimentary coffee in the lobby is a real treat, especially before you head out to explore the lively restaurants and bars nearby. The location is also amazing - just a short stroll from the station and great places to eat. The bed was super cozy too, which made for restful nights.
