I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The hotel is located in a breathtaking botanical garden, which added to the charm and serenity of the place. The staff members were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The location was also convenient, with easy transportation options and close proximity to the historic center. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and they had a wide variety of Mexican specialties like ceviche tacos.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel located in a beautiful botanical garden, with stunning views of the historic center. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool surrounded by plants for dipping in.

That some evenings could be a little noisy due to business and social events happening at the hotel.

The constant sound of conferences and events made us feel like we were in a busy city, rather than in a quiet oasis. the crowds made the communal areas feel cramped and uncomfortable, with little space to move around.

We had an amazing time during our Christmas vacation. the hotel grounds were absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens and natural spaces. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. the staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the upgrade to a larger room with a bigger terrace and nicer view was a pleasant surprise and made our celebration even more special.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room to store some cold drinks or snacks.

Beautiful grounds, delicious food, friendly staff, comfortable rooms with jacuzzi and terrace. Enjoyable pools, one by the bar is a bit warm, but the second is cooler. Great location, short ride to city center. Would definitely return.

My recent stay at Hosteria Las Quintas Hotel & Spa was absolutely wonderful. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and they were always prepared with umbrellas to accommodate the rainy weather we experienced during our visit. The brunch buffet had a wide variety of options that catered to everyone's taste buds. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with stunning sculptures and lush trees throughout the premises.

While my stay was mostly perfect, I do wish there were more comfortable beds and an extra sofa in the room. Additionally, the response and attitude towards my request for a late checkout could have been better.

The grounds of Hosteria Las Quintas are absolutely stunning, filled with natural beauty and well-manicured plants. We were delighted with every aspect of our stay and will certainly return. the grounds are deep green, sprawling, and very well tended. the breakfast buffet is well-known among affluent local residents as the finest buffet in the city. Staff were reliably friendly and efficient. When we called for our rented vehicle, it was brought to the entrance every time within 5 minutes. Our patio was a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the tropical ambience.

I hesitate to criticize anything at all, but it would be more in line with modern standards if there were in-room refrigerators. the hotel should really be careful with accommodations.

The gardens were absolutely stunning and well-maintained. It was a pleasure to walk around and soak in the beautiful flowers and plants. Additionally, the staff was excellent, providing polite and friendly service throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their attentiveness and helpfulness.

Sadly, we were disappointed with the food at the hotel. the meals did not meet our expectations and left us wanting more.
