my stay in ollantaytambo was amazing, especially at this hotel. the incredible views from the third-floor terrace and the warm, helpful service exceeded my expectations during my couple of nights. i loved the delicious breakfast with eggs cooked to order and the spacious, comfy room made it all the better.

the wi-fi connection was slow and choppy.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main plaza, making it super convenient. We loved the stunning mountain views from our room and the lovely rooftop terrace was a perfect spot to relax. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt right at home.

It can be a bit hard to find if you don't use a local taxi.

Unreal views from the terrace, man! This place was so cozy and welcoming. Staff were super cool, especially Marcela. She helped line up our rides and tours without a hitch. Breakfast was loadin’ with fresh fruit and made-to-order eggs. Just don’t forget to watch that slippery walk up those stone streets. Totally gettin’ a tuk-tuk next time.

Had a canny smashing time here! Best part was the stunning view from our room on the 3rd floor. Lovely flowers everywhere, and the staff were super friendly. Bit of a trek with luggage up them stone steps, though. Overall, a proper nice stay!

However, the hot water required a few minutes to warm up, which could be inconvenient for those in a rush. Accessing the hotel involves some steps, making it a bit challenging with heavy luggage. Nonetheless, the friendly staff and clean rooms made up for the minor inconveniences.

The views from the rooftop patio are just stellar! ! We kicked back there with some tea, gazing out at the stunning mountains, feeling like we were on top of the world. The young guy at reception, he gave us some fantastic tips on where to go, and just being there felt so welcoming!
