Great for campers! the camping area is safe and secure with a nice grassy area. There is plenty of space even for large rigs, and there are clean toilets and great hot showers available. the hotel owners Ursula and Herman are very friendly and accommodating. the hotel is conveniently located just 6 blocks from the Plaza del Armas and there is a big supermarket nearby. the free wifi access makes it easy to stay connected.

The hotel is located on a busy road, which detracts from the surroundings. some of the staff didn't seem as knowledgeable as others, which caused some inconvenience.

Lovely exterior and enclosed garden, despite being next to an expressway. Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Good shower pressure with plenty of hot water. Nice walk to and from old town, only a tad sketchy at first block up hill.
