Excellent beds and bedroom lighting. Soft close doors. No traffic noise. Blackout curtains. Lovely 20 minute walk along the seafront into town. Clean comfortable spacious rooms. Polite, friendly and professional staff. Excellent food and service in the restaurant. Convenient location close to beach, buses, and plenty of cafes and restaurants.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with good bathroom/shower facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nearby, there are several bars and restaurants, providing options for dining without having to venture into the Old Town.

During our stay at NH Collection, we had a really comfortable and spacious room with modern amenities. The bed was super king-sized and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was beautifully designed and had plenty of space. We were also impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, who provided excellent recommendations for dining options. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and a pleasant walk to the city center. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in a lovely city.

Comfortable, spacious room and friendly staff. The bar staff makes excellent cocktails. Just a few minutes' walk from Ondaretta Beach and a pleasant 30-40 minute stroll to the Old Town area. Plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. We've already booked our next stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved just about everything! Wonderful hotel- fresh, hip, modern, beautifully decorated. Spacious room with excellent AC and wifi. Accommodating staff, especially Beatriz and Jose Mari. Great breakfast with lots of options. Bikes for rent. Nice neighborhood with restaurants and bakeries nearby.

our stay at this hotel was simply perfect. from the spacious and well-appointed rooms to the friendly and attentive staff, every aspect exceeded our expectations. the location, just a pleasant 30 minute walk from the city centre, allowed us to explore the charming streets of san sebastian. we will definitely be returning.

Had a nice stay with a delicious breakfast included and comfortable bed. Appreciated the reasonable public parking nearby and the convenient location within walking distance to the city center.

The customer service was unresponsive to my inquiries before the visit and the room key did not work properly, causing an inconvenience. some rooms were noisy and lacked proper soundproofing.

The value for our money was great, with a comfortable room and amenities like an espresso machine and hot water kettle. The hotel's location was perfect, close to a beautiful beach and within a nice neighborhood with good restaurants. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast selection could be improved, particularly in terms of organization and efficiency.
