Spacious triple room with great view, cozy heater, comfortable bed and pillows, helpful and friendly staff, convenient breakfast hours, easy access for early transfers onwards.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk to the main plaza, restaurants, and coffee shops. The bed was large and comfortable, and they even provided coca tea for altitude sickness. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage while we went on a Machu Picchu tour, which was very helpful.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and the decorations were lovely. The food during our stay was delicious and varied. The location couldn't be more perfect, as it is close to restaurants and attractions. There was a free luggage storage service that was helpful, allowing us to explore before our late flight.

The staff could have been more welcoming during check-in and were not particularly friendly when we returned to the room. The noise level was quite high and made it hard to sleep in, as the doors were old and lacked appropriate soundproofing.
