I recently stayed at the Neat Hotel Avenida for a short last-minute holiday with my son. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within a 2-minute walk. The hotel staff was friendly and always available to assist us with anything we needed. I particularly liked the opening window in the room, which allowed for fresh air instead of relying on the air conditioning. The hotel also had stable and working WiFi, which was a bonus.

The internet was very slow, making it difficult to connect in the room. There was no refrigerator in the room, and when requested, the hotel charged an additional fee.

The hotel is also located in a side street that leads to the Marina, making it easy to explore the waterfront area. Additionally, there were many restaurants nearby, providing plenty of dining options.

The worst aspect of my stay was the slightly worn-out facilities. While the room itself was comfortable, some parts of the hotel seemed a bit dated.
