The value for money was worth it, as the room was fabulous and luxurious with nice touches like lavender pillow mist and bespoke chocolates. The location was great, right in Soho, and the staff were welcoming and treated us like VIPs.

Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider variety of options.

My recent stay at Firmdale Hotels was truly wonderful. From the moment I walked through the doors of Charlotte Street Hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The attention to detail in the hotel's design was impeccable, with each room uniquely decorated and full of vibrant colors. The comfortable beds provided a restful night's sleep, and the spacious bathrooms were well-equipped. The hotel's location in the media district was ideal, and I enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the bar and restaurant areas. The breakfast served was a delight, offering a variety of delicious options. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others seeking a special treat.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in London for a few days with my daughter. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and professional, offering us a free glass of champagne upon arrival. Our room had a lovely welcome note and a complimentary room spray. We enjoyed the amazing cocktails at Oscars bar and were impressed by the great staff and atmosphere. The hotel had a relaxed, quality atmosphere, perfect for girls on their own. The friendly bar and lovely lounge made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The reception and concierge were always attentive to our needs and even helped us organize reservations at local restaurants. The hotel staff were truly understanding and accommodating of my son's special needs, as he requires tube feeding. It was a relief to have such a positive experience and it made our stay so much easier. our stay at this hotel was an amazing experience, and we feel lucky to have had this opportunity.

Ik had een fantastisch verblijf in dit hotel! De locatie was perfect, midden in het centrum van deze stad. Het treinstation was op loopafstand, wat super handig was. Gelukkig waren er veel restaurants in de buurt. Het personeel was ongelooflijk behulpzaam en vriendelijk, ondanks het tekort aan personeel. Ze deden er alles aan om iedereen tevreden te stellen. Het ontbijt was geweldig, er was genoeg keuze en alles was lekker. Gelukkig waren de faciliteiten van het hotel natuurlijk top, vooral het feit dat er parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar was. Over het algemeen was de schoonmaak van het hotel natuurlijk goed geregeld. Mijn verblijf kon echt niet beter!

Geen negatieve dingen aan deze plek.
