Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! We booked a spacious one bedroom room which was almost brand new. The shower was huge with two separate heads, and the hotel had three fantastic restaurants, including the best homemade empanadas. The staff were incredibly helpful and the property was surrounded by beautiful mountains, gardens, and even a church. The wifi worked perfectly for my remote work needs, and the location in the lower altitude Sacred Valley was perfect for acclimatizing. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The setting was lovely, with beautiful gardens and views of the mountains. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and delicious, with made-to-order eggs. The staff were extremely helpful, assisting with last-minute transport arrangements and connecting us to other affordable sources of transportation around the area. The location was perfect, surrounded by stunning gardens and in close proximity to attractions like Moray. this hotel provided a wonderful experience with its cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and helpful staff.

We loved the peaceful and convenient location of the hotel in Yucay. The hotel's evening show with Andean music in the lobby was a great way to relax and enjoy the evening. The bar and coffee shop on the property were also nice additions, allowing us to sit back, enjoy the show, and have a drink.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel was simply beautiful, with colorful gardens and a stunning mountain backdrop. The property had a nice layout with separate buildings and plenty of flowers. The food options, especially the Italian restaurant and cafe, were excellent. The staff was friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

Despite some minor drawbacks, such as the poor closet organization in the room and the absence of drinkable water, the overall experience at Sonesta Posadas Del Inca Yucay was fantastic. The maintenance work being done was understandable for an older style property, and although the hotel transportation was pricier, it didn't overshadow the positive aspects.

The hotel's location in a quaint town, at the base of the scenic Andes on the road up to Machu Picchu, was absolutely lovely. The fact that each room comes equipped with a heater was a nice touch, helping to fend off the chilly nighttime temperatures. The lobby was clean and neat, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of options to choose from, including made-to-order eggs.

Dinner service could be improved, as it seemed chaotic with waiters appearing to be without direction.
