During my stay at Swissotel, I was impressed with the spacious and comfortable room. It truly felt like a home away from home. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Each member of the staff was as excellent as the next, providing exceptional service.

The hotel is excellently located, with easy access to San Isidro or Miraflores. It is situated by a store and in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean, with great beds. The bathroom amenities are well-stocked, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also provides complimentary bottles of water daily and has excellent facilities such as a cozy lobby bar and attentive concierge services.

There have been some negative experiences reported with the front desk staff, who have been ineffective and inefficient at times.

As low-budget travelers, we found the staff to be very nice and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities provided. The spa was also great, with a sauna and steam room available. The front desk and concierge staff were excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate us, helping with restaurant reservations and providing great advice on places to visit. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious and well laid out. The hotel is also conveniently located for business stays.

During my recent stay at Swissotel, I had an exceptional experience. The staff members were professional, helpful, and always pleasant. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and extremely comfortable. The bed, sheets, pillows, and duvet were all top-notch and provided a luxurious sleep experience. I was also impressed by the size and amenities of the bathroom, as well as the high-quality toiletries provided. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of outside cafes, restaurants, bars.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as a limited supply of drinking water in the room and a slight lack of information about the hotel's services, these were outweighed by the overall positive experience. The comfortable room, friendly staff, and convenient location more than made up for any small inconveniences.

From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel was outstanding, ensuring that all of our needs were met. the exclusive amenities provided a luxurious stay, especially with the impeccable Spa & wellness center, indoor pool, and sauna for relaxation. the outdoor heated pool with sun loungers was perfect for soaking up the sun while enjoying the garden area. The restaurant was outstanding with buffet breakfast, in-room breakfast, and special diet menus available. Cons: Although dominated by pros, there was one minor issue with the quality of the food.
