The homemade breakfast was the best aspect of our romantic escape. It tasted superb, with fresh ingredients and real home-made croissant. the staff gave us a bit of history about the area which made us appreciate our surroundings more. The surrounding area was also beautiful and it was just a short walk to the local sites.

The room was small and it did not live up to our expectations. The bathroom was also small and it was difficult to find the space to place our toiletries.

Beautiful inn within walking distance to town square and restaurants. High-end restaurant quality breakfast with tableside service. Close proximity to Indiana Dunes State and National Parks. Very welcoming hosts with a bit of history shared. I will definitely stay here again when in Valpo.
