Modern, organized, professional staff, fast service, helpful lady in the Westin Club.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were professional and kind, always providing excellent service. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-organized. Our room on the 29th floor had an amazing view of the city and was spacious, with a great "office corner", dressing room, and bath tub. The food, especially the room service, was delicious. The hotel facilities, including the pool, were top-notch. The location was convenient, close to many great restaurants and tourist attractions. Additionally, being close to the highway made it easier for us to get around this city.

All was perfect.

The staff greeted me with a smile and Giovanni helped me with my bags. The room was magnificent and the two restaurants offered a great selection of food and wine. The conference facilities were top-notch and the staff treated me like royalty. The breakfast and fitness center were also great. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Westin before heading to Cusco and it was a great choice. The hotel is beautiful and located in the financial district. The rooms are large and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our needs were met. Despite a small issue with the shower bracket, the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lima. I had a wonderful stay at the Westin.

Beautifully designed hotel with an impressive spa and luxurious rooms. The mini spa with a whirlpool and dry sauna was a relaxing treat. The hotel is located in a business area, which was perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the water supply and delays in receiving requested items.

The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center had amazing facilities and services. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The spa was incredible with fantastic massages and manicures. The staff was professional and kind, and the room service was fast and on-point. The hotel was modern, organized, and had a great breakfast and fitness center.

I felt completely secure during my stay and had no complaints.

This hotel was awesome! Its location was perfect for my business meetings and the staff was super friendly. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and gym, which was well equipped and even had personal trainers available. the concierge was very helpful with local recommendations and activities.

The staff was professional, kind, and always helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the fitness center was great. We also enjoyed the pool and found the room to be comfortable with a good WiFi connection. Additionally, the hotel is located in the San Isidro district, a residential area in this city, in front of an avenue with lots of traffic.
