I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Best Western. The hotel's location was fantastic, with an ice rink, beach, and playground all within a 5-minute walk. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options each day, and the rooms were nice and well-maintained. The staff, from the housekeepers to the front desk staff, were always pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family of four.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right across from the Olympic Center and within easy walking distance to everything in town. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the comfortable bed to the spotless bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and hot tub. We loved the convenience of having a good BBQ restaurant right in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to have a late check-out and even opening breakfast early for runners participating in the Lake Placid Half Marathon. for the price we paid, this hotel exceeded our expectations in all aspects.

I recently stayed at Best Western in Lake Placid for a few days. The location was perfect, right between the Olympic Center and Mirror Lake. It was ideal for my morning swims and meditation by the lake. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast had a great variety of options. The indoor swimming pool was enjoyable and the common areas were perfect for our large group. the experience was fantastic.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff at Best Western were extremely dedicated and provided genuine hospitality. the Adirondack decor in the lobby and breakfast room added a nice touch. the spacious room with a wonderful deck and great view was a delight. the hotel's location directly across from the Olympic hockey rink was perfect. the convenience of shops within walking distance, comfortable bedding, and good and friendly service were all appreciated.

Despite being down a steep hill, the hotel offers easy access to everything on Main Street. The hotel also has a shuttle service for guests to go anywhere anytime in the area. Moreover, rooms are clean and comfortable with quality linens, and the breakfast buffet is delicious with great service. Additional amenities - an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and game room - make staying here an enjoyable experience.

The hotel's unreliable internet service may be an issue for guests who need to stay connected.

This hotel is located directly across from the town center, making it very convenient for exploring. The service from the staff was exceptional, with all devices in the room working perfectly and a nice view from the Adirondack chairs on the veranda. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great view of the High Peaks included.
