The early check-in was a pleasant surprise and made me feel welcome. the pub and restaurant had delicious food and the staff were friendly and attentive. - the hotel offered excellent value for money.

The room allocated to me had a damp smell and was poorly decorated. The room was not clean and lacked proper housekeeping.

The hotel had a large car park, which was convenient for us as we had a car. the room was also spacious and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay. We also enjoyed having access to the pool and sauna, which was a great way to start the day.

One major issue we had was the unpleasant smell in the room. In order to get rid of it, we had to keep the window open all night, resulting in constant noise from outside.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was conveniently close to a park and ride service that allowed easy access to the city center. Another advantage was the option to dine at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was tasty and there was plenty of it.

the room we were given was dirty and in need of refurbishment. the bed was not made properly and the mattress had stains with no protector.

This hotel, located on a business park with nothing else around, offers great value for money. The rooms are equipped with a very comfortable bed, as well as basic amenities like an iron and hairdryer. I also appreciated the cheap toiletries provided. Additionally, the breakfast included in the price was a great deal at only £7.50.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and there was nothing that stood out as needing improvement.

The value for money at Village Hotel Hull was exceptional, with a surprisingly spacious room, a huge bed, and modern amenities like a large TV. The breakfast choices could be improved with more availability of coffee, juice, and bread, as we had to wait and ended up going elsewhere.

I recently stayed at the Village Hotel for a funeral and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The restaurant offered reasonably priced food, but we also enjoyed the convenience of having a Starbucks on-site for a quick and light breakfast. The hotel upgrade was well worth it, with amazing views of the Humber Bridge from our room. The pool was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were always friendly, and the big car park with free parking was a bonus. The hotel's proximity to the park and ride made it easy for us to access the city center and football ground. our room was very comfortable and clean.

I recently visited a hotel in Hull and had a fantastic experience. The location was a bit unusual, but it was easily accessible with a convenient park and ride service nearby. The pub on site provided a great atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and always ready for a laugh. The room was extremely comfortable, and I enjoyed having access to Sky sports and movies. The service was top-notch, and the staff even brought me an extra pillow late at night. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was delicious. a great place to stay with something to suit everyone.

The food in the restaurant during my stay was not up to par. It seemed that everything had been left under the heat lamps for too long, resulting in dry food.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the good bar and pool facilities that were available. the hotel was also conveniently located close to some key areas of interest, making it easy to get around. the excellent customer service and friendly staff made my experience here quite enjoyable.

I did find that the room was quite hot and stuffy, with only a small window that opened, which detracted from my experience somewhat. I also found that the staff in the bar could benefit from some further training, as they seemed to struggle with certain drinks and it took quite a while to place an order.

The pool and steam room at Village Hotel were excellent, providing a great way to relax during my stay. The location was also very convenient for visiting family in the area. I want to give a special shoutout to Amy, a staff member who was incredibly helpful during check-in, especially since the process was all computerized now.
