I had an incredible stay at this resort, which truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I checked in, I was blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. The staff, especially Jo at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure I had a memorable experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with every area sparkling and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a beautiful pool area and various dining options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, just a 15-minute walk or a convenient shuttle ride away from the vibrant center of Alona. It truly felt like a high-end resort, but with reasonable prices.

We enjoyed our stay at a beautiful resort in Panglao. The staff were kind and helpful when we had an issue with the drain being clogged in our shower, but they were quick to fix it. The location was great, within walking distance to Alona Beach. we would recommend this resort.

the hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from Alona beach, but they offer a free shuttle every hour. the hotel is very spacious and not crowded at all. There are plenty of sunbeds around the huge pool, and the gym is well-equipped. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices for both Eastern and Western tastes. the room I stayed in was enormous and very comfortable, with a perfect bed and bathroom. the resort is well-managed, with different tasty restaurants and bars. the beach in front of the property is not suitable for swimming, but there are many beautiful beaches nearby. I especially enjoyed the sunset from the rooftop bar and the stunning view of the stars at night.

Located in a bustling area, getting around is easy with tri-cycle rides available daily. The resort offers a variety of chairs for guests to choose from. The night staff, AnnMarie and Vincent, provide excellent service on the bridge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with separate toilets and showers. The breakfast is served on time and can be enjoyed while swimming. Facilities such as pools, game rooms, and a karaoke room are available for guests to enjoy.

Tour prices and dining at the resort are overpriced compared to options in town.

The location is great with a lazy river running through the property and snorkeling available nearby. The room and bathroom were spacious with a comfortable bed. The service was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome. The breakfast had a good range of options and was fresh. The swimming pool was a highlight, perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy and kept us up at night.

The rooms are spacious and offer a nice sea view from the balconies. The breakfast buffet includes fresh fruit and an egg station. I had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious resort! From the moment we checked in, the staff treated us like royalty. the villa connected to an exclusive lazy river was a unique and fantastic experience. the service was exceptional, and we loved the fact that we could tip the staff individually to show our gratitude. the resort's location right on the edge of a cliff offered stunning views and great opportunities for snorkeling. the free shuttle service to town was a huge plus, making it convenient for exploring.

Friendly and accommodating staff surprised us with a cake and freebies upon finding out we were honeymooners. The well-appointed rooms and beautiful grounds with gorgeous landscaping offer fantastic views. Complimentary kayaks were an excellent way to get a workout and enjoy the sun. Air conditioning in the rooms was impressively efficient, and the fantastic breakfast was the cherry on top.

Wow, what a weekend! the view was fantastic! I loved sitting and relaxing in the hammock with a glass in hand. the complimentary snacks and drinks were great, I'd sneak back to the room for a tea and brownie whenever I could. the location was spot on and I loved being able to just stroll down to the beach.

My weekend wasn't perfect. the service at the restaurant by the pool was poor.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. the service was impeccable, and the exclusive amenities were top-notch. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with sun loungers providing luxurious comfort and the sun terrace offering stunning views of the surroundings. the spa centre was the perfect place to unwind, with a full body massage and foot massage leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of beach access. this was easily remedied by the hotel's shuttle service to the nearby beach.
