We had a smooth check-in and the staff helped us find a solution when the bed type we wanted was not available. The breakfast buffet had a variety of menu selections and the adobo dish was delicious. The location of the hotel was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The shower and bathroom amenities were of good quality.

The WiFi login process was a bit inconvenient and there was a risk of using up the international data plan. The hotel also held an extra amount for incidentals, which was unexpected.

Had a great Thanksgiving stay with lovely complimentary fruit basket and hot drinks. Great location near a mall and restaurants. the room was clean and cozy and the bed was quite comfortable.
