The room had a great view and the bed was comfortable. Location was convenient - close to public transportation and many restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the selection of cheeses and fruits.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful. We asked for recommendations on what to do in the area, but they didn't seem very knowledgeable or interested in helping us.

Well-situated and friendly staff, offering Turkish coffee upon arrival. Rooms with a sea or mosque view, cleaned every day with large water bottles left for guests. Breakfast always varied, with perfectly cooked eggs by attentive staff. Easy access to metro and entertainment district with good nearby restaurants.

We were blown away by the exceptional hospitality of the hotel's staff. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable stay, arranging taxis and giving us excellent advice on local sights. The room was immaculate and spacious enough for us to move around comfortably. The breakfast was simply amazing, with a range of Turkish dishes that tempted us to try a little bit of everything. we would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The rooms are comfortable, complete with necessary facilities, clean, and quiet. The breakfast is great, with varieties changing daily. The service is excellent, with helpful staff available from airport transfer to turkish coffee and additional dishes free of charge.

This hotel is an excellent choice for those on a budget. It offers great value for money with lovely basic amenities and rooms that boast amazing views. The location of the hotel is also fantastic as it is within walking distance of Galata Tower and public transport routes, although it is located on a relatively steep hill and in a narrow side alley. The breakfast included is also lovely.
