Friendly staff, easy check-in process, clean facilities, comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus, and the room had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The view was pleasing, except for a minor issue. my stay was enjoyable and relaxing.

The hotel was clean and modern, with a decent location near the river. The view from our room included downtown Jacksonville and its high rises. There is a convenient parking garage for guests, and the staff at the front desk, breakfast/bar, and cleaning service were excellent.

the location is excellent, set on the newer developed southbank it does not experience some of the less attractive human issues associated with downtown. The hotel is in a great area, close to everything in Jacksonville. Secondly, the service and staff were top-notch. They made check-in easy and were very courteous throughout my stay. The rooms were very well kept, and the beds were super comfortable. Lastly, the hotel had basic amenities that fulfilled all my needs. I especially appreciated the hot tub, which was awesome. The breakfast was alright, but I do think it should be included with the rate. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, attention to detail, and comfortable rooms.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden in Jacksonville for a weekend getaway. The hotel was clean and had a friendly atmosphere. The drinks at the bar were tasty, and the breakfast service was excellent. Brandon, our server, was friendly and attentive. Moenika at the front desk was also pleasant and helped with breakfast clean up. The rooms were nice and comfortable, with everything we needed. The front desk associate who answered the phone was professional and promptly returned my call. the staff provided great customer service.
