Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service

The hotel provided a comfortable stay with high-quality furnishings and excellent service from all staff members. the proximity to the port and nearby amenities was convenient. there were some issues with the initial room assignment that needed improvement.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was very central, making it convenient for us to explore the old city center and walk to the nearby esplanade. The hotel was situated in an open area, which was great for taking our pets for a walk. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the comfortable bed with lots of pillows made for a restful sleep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped kitchen in our studio and a convenient laundry service available throughout the day. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed.

Oh man, this place is top-notch in downtown Iloilo! the staff, especially Khara with a K, are absolute gems; super friendly and helpful. the rooms are massive and cozy, plus we got an end room as requested. Gotta mention the sweet relaxation spots here, like the lush garden area and the outdoor swimming pool, perfect for a chill day. Only downside was the soundproofing could be a bit better, but it didn't really bother us at all. Can't wait to come back! ❤️.

During our weekend stay, we enjoyed the spacious and bright rooms. the food was great in taste and quality, and we appreciated the usable kitchen. Location was also perfect for exploring the city as it was close to key attractions. the complimentary parking was an added bonus to a great experience.

the foul odor coming from the bathroom was persistent despite using the deodorizing spray can provided. Finally, the buffet breakfast had limited quantities available, resulting in us not being able to enjoy an egg on the first day.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room at Citadines was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The central location was perfect for exploring the city. The laundry service was quick and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and eager to help with anything. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast could use improvement, with a limited variety and no refills. The coffee and juices were not up to par.
