I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The manager was very friendly and made sure our rooms were next to each other, even though the reservation didn't initially allow for it. The location was perfect for our early morning getaway to the airport, and it was conveniently close to some amazing restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a great bonus, with a large breakfast area and a very helpful attendant.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. I loved the cozy fireplace in the lobby and the fresh cookies and drinks offered. The room was spacious and had great amenities like a fridge, microwave, and a large table and chair. The bathroom was also large and the bed was very comfortable. The hot tub and pool were a nice bonus, and the parking was convenient. I even received extra pillows and blankets when I asked, and the staff made it clear that they were available for anything else I needed. a fantastic experience!

I recently stayed at the Country Inn in Bloomington for a quick weekend getaway. The front counter staff were fantastic and made check-in and check-out a breeze. All the hotel staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile. The breakfast lady went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I have to give a special shout-out to Sara, who made sure that our return stay would be easy for my daughters. The bed was comfortable, and the location of the hotel was great.

Despite the positives, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Our room window had some mold growth between the outside and middle of the window, which was a bit off-putting.

Great breakfast selection, even apologized for limited choices one morning but delivered exact request next day. Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Allowed early check-in and provided comfortable bed.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location is great as it's just in front of Mall of the America, close to many stores and restaurants, yet not in too busy of an area. The rooms are in good condition and have clean facilities with plenty of amenities, like a helpful closet in the suite bedroom. Also, the breakfast included is a great deal as it's the first actual breakfast buffet I've experienced in the last year and a half!

The free hot chocolate, coffee, and cookies in the lobby were an added bonus. The pool area and hot tub were clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment during our stay. Finally, the Wi-Fi worked well and there was ample free parking available. I had a great experience at Country Inn and would definitely recommend it.

Drawbacks: On the downside, the breakfast ended a bit early and there were a few issues with the hot water in the shower. Additionally, the rules regarding the lounge area were a bit strict and the hotel had a faint smell of smoke in the hallways, despite being a non-smoking establishment.

Additionally, guests can easily access the airport, which is located just a short distance away. Complimentary coffee and cookies are offered, adding a welcoming touch to the stay.

One negative aspect to note is that some employees seem to spend a lot of non-work time in the halls, which may be bothersome to some.
